7. Plug in the earphones/headphones into the headphone jack

(Fig. B). The earphone/headphone cord is the antenna.

8. Adjust the volume by pushing the left or right arrow buttons

(Fig D).

9. To lock (or unlock) all of the settings (except volume), push

and hold the left and right arrow buttons. Three dashes

will appear and then disappear. Keep holding the buttons

until the last dash disappears, and the screen prompts to

push the menu button. After pushing the menu button the

receiver will display “Settings Locked (or Unlocked)”.
